The Website provides Customers with a platform where they may explore the assortment of puppies offered for sale by World Pet Helpers and buy the puppies of their choice. You acknowledge and agree that the Services provided through this Website enable You to obtain a puppy.

2) PUPPY PURCHAS

1. a) Reservation with Deposit option 

Should Customer decide he/she wants to reserve the puppy, a non-refundable Deposit must be paid at the Checkout. Deposit amount may vary. After the deposit is paid Customer will have 72 hours to pay the Total. Total will include:

• cost of the puppy (deposit amount will be automatically deducted in the Total)

• delivery option chosen by Customer

• all add-ons chosen by Customer

• 6% Sale Tax

Failure to pay the Total within 72 hours will result in the cancellation of the puppy reservation. Deposit will be kept by World Pet Helpers in full with no refund. When Customer reserves a “Ready for pickup” puppy, Customer may pay the Total in person at our location at the time of pickup. Customer who fail to pay the Total online or in person within 72 hours should be eligible for Store Credit for the full Deposit amount. Store Credit will be valid for 3 (three) months after the date the payment is received and confirmed.

Store Credit can be used by Customer to acquire another puppy from World Pet Helpers. Store Credit cannot be transferred to a third party. Executing the Store Credit option is to be discussed and mutually agreed on Buy french bulldog puppies in usa by World Pet Helpers and Customer, taking into consideration all the relevant details.

1. b) Buy Now option
   Should Сustomers decide that he/she wants to buy a puppy using the “Buy Now” option, Total will have to be paid in full at the Checkout.

Total will include:

• delivery option chosen by Customer

• all add-ons chosen by Customer

• 6% Sale Tax

Customer who has paid for the puppy in full using the “Buy Now” option, but then relinquished his/her rights for any unforeseen personal reason, should be eligible for Store Credit for the Total amount paid. Store Credit will be valid for 3 (three) months after the date the payment is received and confirmed. Store Credit can be used by Customer to acquire another puppy from World Pet Helpers. Store Credit cannot be transferred to a third party. Executing the Store Credit option is to be discussed and mutually agreed on by World Pet Helpers and Customer, taking into consideration all the relevant details.

3) DELIVERY

World Pet Helpers offers 3 ways for Customer to receive the puppy.

1. a) Air delivery with puppy nanny

If Customer chooses this option, he/she must pay the fee of $1,499.00 at the Checkout. After payment is received and confirmed, World Pet Helpers will contact Customer to make all the necessary arrangements for the flight.

1. b) Overland delivery

If Customer chooses this option, he/she must pay the applicable fee at the Buy french bulldog puppies in usa Checkout. Overland delivery fee will vary and depend on the state Customer wants the puppy to be delivered to. After the payment is received and confirmed, World Pet Helpers will contact Customer to make all the necessary arrangements for the overland delivery.

1. c) Pick-up at World Pet Helpers location at  If Customer chooses this FREE option after the puppy is purchased, he/she should contact World Pet Helpers in order to make all the necessary arrangements for the puppy pick-up.

The final decision on all the travel details including flight date will be made by World Pet Helpers , considering the health of the puppy as a main travel factor, Buy french bulldog puppies in usa Customer’s preferences factored in as far as possibly reasonable. Puppy transportation is arranged by World Pet Helpers and may include third parties involvement. There may be delays for reasons, including, but not limited to: weather, logistics, mechanical failure or other unforeseen events. 4) CANCELLATION

1. a) Cancellation by Customer

There is no refund, no monetary return, no exchange/replacement should Сustomers cancel the deal after payment of Deposit or Total is received and confirmed by World Pet Helpers. That includes, but is not limited to the following reasons: local laws, building/apartment pet restrictions, Customer private/family reasons, allergies of any type, puppy behaviour issues or any other reasons. In the case of cancellation by Customer at any time, Customer who relinquished his/her rights for any unforeseen personal reason, should be eligible for Store Credit for the amount paid.
